Constitutional Crisis - 2387

In 2387, the US is no longer the country it once was. The days of the cold war and the threat of nuclear annihilations seem so simple compared to the new difficulties facing the nation. The last American leaders are faced with a new invention that can be their salvation, a time machines programmed to take them 600 years into the past, to the signing of the US constitution.
